Our Head Chef, Martyn Dixon, has been creating mouthwatering dishes since our doors first opened and every few months he refreshes the menus with his latest seasonal creations.

The brasserie is managed by Daniel Tomescu who ensures a great customer experience and our renowned breakfast service is overseen by Jean Dobbie.

Sally Whitford leads our team of servers and Director, Russell Imrie, ensures Bisque offers a great value, casual gourmet dining experience, a compact and well balanced wine list as well as creating some amazing offers for our Brasserie Loyalty Club members.
